Customer Support Representative (International)

We are looking for an experienced candidate for “Customer Support Representative” position, who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our international mainly US based customers.
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for:
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or live chat
• Resolving customer issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Building rapport and trust with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
• Escalating complex or urgent cases to the appropriate team or manager
• Following up with customers and providing feedback on their queries
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other teams and departments to improve customer service and support
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the E-commerce industry or US based campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Proficiency in MS-Office and other CRM tools
