Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) Intern to join our team. As a CSR Intern, you will assist in handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to learn and develop strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Document and update customer interactions, requests, and feedback in the system.
  • Assist with processing returns, refunds, or exchanges as per company policies.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes or services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and smooth customer support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles or previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
