Job Description
Facon is looking for a Data Entry Operator, an ideal candidate must have excellent typing skills, ability to maintain high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheets, and other tools with accuracy and attention to detail.
JOB Responsibilities
- Record campaigns data of Google spending on spreadsheets
- Responsible for updating & editing data including web content, product descriptions, reviews and blog posts etc.
- Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry
- Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
- Ensure data accuracy while maintaining satisfactory level of productivity
- Coordinates with SEO teams for websites data management
- Reviews errors, missing information in data entry and resolves any discrepancies
- Completes additional assigned tasks as required
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelors in any discipline
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator
- Proficient in using MS-Word/Excel
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Comply with data integrity, confidentiality and security policies
- Can-do attitude & Punctuality.
