Job Overview:
As a Facebook PPC Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to achieve our marketing and business goals. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to create high-performing ad campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook PPC campaigns across multiple accounts and markets.
  • Set up and monitor ad campaigns, including ad copy, creative, targeting, and budgeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads to optimize performance.
    Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
    Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective PPC strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling and improving campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising.
    Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor daily spend and adjust bids to ensure optimal performance.
    Creative Collaboration:
  • Work with the design team to create engaging ad creatives that align with brand guidelines.
  • Provide feedback on ad creatives to enhance their effectiveness.
    Audience Targeting:
  • Conduct audience research to identify and target the most relevant segments.
  • Create custom audiences and lookalike audiences for precise targeting.
  • Optimize targeting parameters to reach the desired audience.
    Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure all ads comply with Facebook’s advertising policies and guidelines.
  • Implement best practices for ad placements, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing Facebook PPC campaigns, with a track record of successful results.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Certification in Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
