At Facon, we are looking for a Sales Representative (Live Chat), an ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and can manage customer queries, via inbound calls, emails and chats.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and process product orders from customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Generate sales by answering customer queries about products, using product knowledge in a timely and accurate way
- Handling customer complaints regarding orders that were damaged or faulty
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all compliance protocols and report directly to the team lead
- Collaborate with dispatch team members to resolve complex issues
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Qualification: Intermediate, Graduation or Diploma in related field
- Experience: Fresh or up to 1 Year of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools
- Rotational shifts on weekly basis: Day shift from office and Night shift will be work from home.
